🔗 Connecting an App (Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, etc.)

  1. Go to your form and click Setup → Integrations

  2. Click “Connect with Zapier”

  3. The embedded Zapier builder will open in a panel

  4. Select the app you want to connect (e.g., Google Sheets)

  5. Choose the trigger: usually "Form Submission in FormMaster.io"

  6. Select the action: e.g., "Create Row in Google Sheets"

  7. Sign in to the target app and authorise access

  8. Map your form fields to the target app fields

  9. Save and turn on the automation

🧩 Field Mapping

Zapier provides an easy interface for field mapping inside the embed:
