🧭 Navigating the Left Menu

📁 All Forms

  • View every form you've created or have access to.

  • Use tabs to filter by: All, Shared with Me, Private.

  • Hover over each form to preview, open, share, duplicate, or delete.

🧩 Templates

  • Access pre-built forms for common use cases like Lead Gen, Surveys, or Support.

  • Browse by category or use the search to find what you need.

  • Click to instantly load a template into the Playground for editing.

🎨 Brand Kit (Coming Soon)

  • Upload logos, set colours, and define typography for your forms.

  • Save and reuse brand themes across all projects.

  • Helps keep your forms consistent with your identity.

👥 Team Spaces

  • Organise forms under specific workspaces or teams.

  • Create new spaces, add teammates, and assign roles (Owner, Editor, Viewer).

  • Makes it easy to collaborate on projects without mixing data.

🔍 Search Bar

  • Use the top search bar to quickly find forms by name or keyword.

  • Applies across "All Forms" and "Templates".

👀 View Toggle

  • Switch between Grid View (card layout) and List View (compact).

  • View mode is saved automatically for your next visit.

👁️‍🗨️ Shared/Private Badges

  • Each form shows an icon: 🔒 Private or 👥 Shared.

  • Helps you understand form visibility at a glance.
