📌 Where to Find Results

Navigate to the top tabs of your Playground: → Create → Setup → Share → 🟢 Results

The Results tab is divided into three major sections:

1. Overview / Statistics

2. Summary (by question)

3. Individual Responses

📈 Overview (Statistics)

This gives you a bird’s-eye view of how your form is performing:

• Total Views: How many times the form was viewed

• Total Responses: Number of submissions

• Completed Responses: Successfully finished forms

• Drop-off Count: How many users exited before completing

• Average Submission Time: Time taken to fill the form

You’ll also see:

• Device breakdown: Mobile, Desktop, Tablet

• Browser & Platform info

• Country/location of submissions

• Drop-off by question: Which question causes most exits

📆 Filters: Choose between All Time, 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days, or use a Custom Date Range.

🧩 Summary (By Question)

In this view, each form question is analyzed with auto-detected visualization:

You can quickly interpret results visually without downloading.

📄 Individual Responses

A spreadsheet-style table showing:

• Each row = a user submission

• Each column = a form question

• Also includes: Submission time, user ID, status (complete/partial), and location (if available)

📍 From here, you can:

• View responses in detail

• Search across responses

• Filter by status or completion

• Sort by time, alphabetical, etc.

⬇️ Exporting Data

You can export data from the Results tab:

• Click the Download icon/button

• CSV format will be downloaded

• Export all responses, or apply filters before downloading

Great for:

• Internal analysis

• Uploading into BI tools

• Importing into CRMs like Notion, Airtable, etc.

🔍 Filters, Search, and Sorts

To help with large datasets:

• Search: Instantly find keywords across all text-based responses

• Filters: Focus by date range, completion status, device type, etc.

• Sorts: Sort by latest first, alphabetically, or custom logic

These tools make it easy to analyze forms with hundreds or thousands of submissions.
