🚀 Publishing a Form

To make your form live:

1. Click the “Publish” button in the top-right corner of the Playground header.

2. A pop-up will appear with a public link to your form.

3. Click Copy Link and share it via email, social media, or anywhere else.

🔁 Once your form is published:

• The “Publish” button changes to “Share” (if there are no unsaved changes).

• You can reopen the Share pop-up anytime by clicking the Share button.

🔗 Share Tab Overview

The Share tab (top centre of the Playground: Create → Setup → Share → Results) gives you advanced controls for distributing your form:

🌐 Public Link

• A copyable, public URL for your form

• Safe to share on email, SMS, socials, etc.

• Updates automatically with form edits (no need to regenerate)

🖼️ OG Settings (Meta Info)

You can customise how your form appears when shared on social media:

• Meta Title: Title shown in link previews

• Meta Description: Short summary or form purpose

• OG Image: Thumbnail or logo that appears beside the link

This helps make your form look professional and branded when shared.

🌍 Embed Options

Embedding is another powerful way to share your form — especially on websites or landing pages.

Go to the Embed section inside the Share tab, where you can choose from:

Each embed allows:

• 🎨 Custom icons, button text, and styling

• ⚙️ Advanced triggers: scroll %, delay, page load, exit intent

• 🔁 Frequency control: once per session, every time, or custom

• ✂️ Multiple embed codes: for A/B testing or different websites

You can even:

• Add password protection

• Enable/disable auto-close on submit

• Manage different embed versions for the same form

👥 Collaborators & Permissions

If you’re working with a team:

• Use Team Spaces to share access

• Invite others by email and assign roles:

  • Viewer – Read-only access to results

  • Editor – Can make changes to form content

  • Admin – Full control, including settings and deletion
